What is the Tricon Merch Shop?
The Tricon Merch Shop is an online store where team members can purchase Tricon-branded apparel and accessories.
Who can access the Tricon Merch Shop?
All Tricon team members can access the shop.
On Thursday, April 16, we will send a company-wide email with the link to the shop.
What types of items are available?
The shop features a variety of Tricon-branded apparel and accessories, including hoodies, polos, tees, outerwear, hats, and seasonal items—all available to team members at cost.
Ordering and Shipping
How do I place an order?
Select the item you’d like, choose your size (if applicable), and proceed to checkout.
Where can my order be shipped?
Orders can be shipped to the address you provide (both U.S. and Canada) during checkout.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Delivery timelines vary by location and product availability, but most orders are delivered within 2–7 business days.
Expedited shipping options may also be available if required, reducing delivery to 1–3 business days.
These timelines apply to both U.S. and Canadian shipments. However, please note that customs clearance, duties and taxes (if applicable), and weather or border-related delays may occasionally impact delivery times.
Will I receive tracking information?
Yes. Once we create a shipping label, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
Do I have to pay for shipping?
Yes. Shipping fees will be calculated at checkout based on based on shipping destination and weight of the package.
You also have the option to select free pickup from the Tustin office during checkout. If you select this option, you’ll receive a notification when your order is ready for collection, along with instructions on where to pick it up.
Returns and Exchanges
Can I return or exchange an item?
All items are final sale and are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
We recommend reviewing the size guide on each product page before placing your order.
What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?

Will more items be added to the shop?
Yes. New and seasonal items may be introduced over time to keep the assortment fresh.

What if I have a product request or suggestion?
We’re always looking to evolve the Tricon Merch Shop and welcome your ideas. However, some brands may limit our ability to offer certain products, particularly when it comes to resale or custom corporate branding.

When will CA MF merch launch?
Merch for CA MF teams will be available in the near future. We are tailoring these items to reflect CA MF’s refreshed identity.
We will share an update once the items are finalized and available for purchase.

Out-of-Stock Items
Can I pre-purchase an item that is currently out of stock?
No. Items that are out of stock cannot be pre-purchased. Availability is based on current inventory, and items will become available again once they are restocked.
Custom Order Items
How do custom order items work?
Some specialty items—such as large or made-to-order pieces like display surfboards—are produced on a custom basis. To request one of these items, submit your inquiry through the merch shop. A member of the store team will then reach out to coordinate details, including design, quantities, pricing, and delivery timelines.
Payments
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept major credit and debit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover, as well as Apple Pay and Google Pay.
Can I use a company card to make a purchase?
No. Purchases in the Tricon Merch Shop are intended for personal use and should be completed using a personal payment method.
